Questions from medical clinics
- Is this an appointment system?
- No. It handles the wait before the consult. If you already book appointments, patients still queue on arrival and this is the line they stand in.
- Do you store patient records?
- No. A patient gets a number and can add a nickname if they want to. There are no medical records, no diagnoses, and nicknames are deleted after 24 hours.
- What about elderly patients or anyone without a phone?
- Your staff adds them to the same line as a walk-in and they are called from the display like everybody else.
