FAQ

We book appointments already. Does this replace that?: No. Keep booking. This is the line patients stand in after they arrive, which is where the actual waiting happens.
Can we show how long the wait really is?: The patient's phone shows an approximate wait based on how the line has actually been moving, so it adjusts when a procedure runs long.
What if a patient does not come back?: Staff sets the turn aside and calls the next one. The skipped patient can be called back later without rejoining.
