Queue for government offices
A public service line that people can actually see

How Queue fits
Windows, services, and one number per resident
Add a counter for each window and give it the transactions it handles. A resident takes one number and is called by whichever window handles their transaction and frees up first.
- The wall display shows the number being served at every open window at once, in large type.
- Residents see how many are ahead and roughly how long, so they can plan the rest of the day.
- Close windows for lunch and their waiting residents stay in the line for the others.
- Numbers only on the display, never a resident's name.

FAQ
Questions from government offices
- Do you keep records of who was served?
- A number and, if the person chose to add one, a nickname. Nicknames are deleted after 24 hours and there is no other personal information.
- Can residents join before they arrive at the office?
- Yes, from your queue link. That turns the trip into part of the wait.
- Can we prioritise senior citizens, PWDs, and pregnant women?
- Yes. Staff controls the order of calls, so a priority resident can be called next from the dashboard.
